Description
The Epman One-way Eco valve is a helper check valve for your crankcase breather hose.
This will block air coming into the crankcase during low throttle conditions.
When throttle is applied and causes pressure increase, then the valve will open letting air from intake in.
This ensures negative pressure in crankcase creating a more effective air pump on intake side
and also keep pressure relief valve opening less.
This is my understanding.
Please note that this goes on the breather tube ( in between air intake and crankcase breather intake )
and not where the cranckcase pressure relief valve is ( prv to intake manifold ). This is
opposite side of the system, so differnet from installing a oil catch tank.
Also, it can be used on any car, including civics and corolla!
